Meet the Librarian

Hello Everyone!

My name is Mrs. Snyder and I am your Stateside librarian!  I am so excited to be at Stateside Elementary and cannot wait to explore our book collection with you.

A little about me:

I grew up in Onslow County and graduated from Dixon High School.  I attended East Carolina University, where I was an NC Teaching Fellow. 

I started teaching in 2009 and have taught 5th grade (all core content areas), and 6th & 7th grade math.  I've held various leadership roles, such as grade level chair, data team lead, math chair, and Science Olympiad coach.

I enjoy a wide variety of books!  When I was in elementary school, some of my favorite books were:
